• ALAEA HAWAIIAN SEA SALT a.k.a. “RED GOLD”

This is the traditional salt used in Hawaii to season and preserve. It contains purified Alae clay which is high in minerals and gives the salt a mild earthy taste. Try mixing it with herbs use it in a spice rub which seals in the natural moisture of meats. .

• PERUVIAN PINK SALT


This salt is harvested from terraced ponds in the Andes Mountains. The uneven texture of the crystals adds a nice burst of flavor to your favorite dish.

• BOLIVIAN ROSE SALT

Bolivian Rose is hand harvested from the pristine Andes Mountain range in Bolivia. Ancient sea salt deposits were covered with volcanic lava creating this high mineral salt and protecting it from pollution.

• CINNAMON SMOKED SEA SALT

Bali sea salt slow smoked over cinnamon bark. Buttery and lightly smokey.

COCONUT & LIME SMOKED SEA SALT


Bali sea salt smoked over real coconut shells and kaffir lime leaves. Smooth, with a touch of bitterness from the lime leaves. Great over chicken and on fresh sliced tomatoes. $8.50 – 4 oz

This is organic Pacific sea salt that is cold smoked over red Northwestern Alderwood. There is no artificial coloring or flavoring added. Salish gives food a delicious smoke flavor both on and off the barbeque. Try it on salmon, red meat, creamy pasta dishes, baked potatoes and popcorn! $7.00 – 4 oz

• SEL GRIS


Also known as “Grey Salt” this gourmet French sea salt is organic and unrefined. It is still harvested using traditional Celtic Methods. World renowned for its superior flavor and quality. This is an ideal finishing salt. $7.50 – 4 oz


• FUME DE SEL


Fume de Sel is premium Fleur de Sel salt crystals that are cold smoked using French oak wine barrels previously holding fine Chardonnay wines. This is a one of a kind salt that may be used on salads, veggies and meat. Experiment!

• MURRAY RIVER SALT


Light, mild, delicate peach colored salt flakes from Australia. Try this one on white flesh fish and as a finishing salt on any other dish that only requires a light salting.

• HIMALAYAN PINK SALT


Harvested from the Himalayan Mountains at altitudes of over 10,000 feet. This fossil marine salt is rich in many minerals including Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium, Copper and Iron which gives the salt its beautiful speckled pink color.

• HAWAIIAN BLACK LAVA SALT


Produced in Hawaii, this Pacific seal salt contains activated charcoal which gives this salt its beautiful color and important health benefits. The silky black color makes this a great garnishing salt.
