We now have two Cheese of the
Month Club options available.
Option One:
Indulge your passion for cheese or give the
perfect gift with our Cheese of the Month Club. Starting
in March, 2008, each month our cheese experts will hand select a
trio of cheeses totaling approximately 1 1/2 pounds, perfectly
ripened and at their peak of flavor for the ultimate cheese
experience. Each shipment will come with instructions for
care and storage of your cheese, a description of each cheese
and suggestions for serving and pairing with wine.
We cut to order all of our cheeses the day of
shipment. We will not send you any cheese that was cut and
wrapped the day before or that sat around in plastic waiting to
be shipped. Everything we send you is fresh and cared for
daily to ensure you get not just a good piece of cheese, but a
truly great one. That is why we say or cheese is "cut to
order" instead of using meaningless phrases like "select cuts" to describe
our selection process.
You can sign up for our Cheese of
the Month Club by going to the Product Catalog and purchasing 1
month or up to 12 months of membership. Cheese of
the Month Club selections will be shipped overnight the third Wednesday of each month purchased. Your credit card will be charged monthly $55.00 plus shipping
and handling for as many months as you sign up for. At
check out you will only be charged for the first month no matter
how many months you have purchased.

Option Two:
In Our Mini Cheese of the Month
Club you get smaller portions of 2-3 artisan cheeses and a
condiment specially selected to go with your Mini Cheese of the
Month Club cheeses. The cheeses selected for our Mini
Cheese of the Month Club will include unique and out of the way
cheeses produced by American and International cheese makers.
Many will be "boutique" and hard to find cheeses, all delicious,
and some we will only make available by pre-order through our
Mini Cheese Club of the Month Club. The cost per month is
$35.00. For November our Cheese of the Month
Club Theme is "Cheese from the Netherlands"
