ale is subtle and complex with

complex with rustic notes of leather
and earth from the contribution of a
wild yeast strain.
Trade Winds Tripel

Tripel is given a distinctive
Southeast Asian flair due to the
addition of rice in the mash and
Thai basil. Refreshing and
complex.
Autumn Maple This
Autumn seasonal brew is a different
take on the "Pumpkin" beer style
with yams being used instead.
